Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 09 July 2026 · Applies to the CUSET 2026 examination cycle

In short: once you pay, your registration is final. CUSET registrations cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, transferred or converted after successful payment.

1. No Cancellation After Payment

Your CUSET registration becomes final and binding at the moment your payment is successfully completed. From that point:

You cannot cancel or withdraw the registration, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Cancellation requests made by email, phone, social media or any other channel will not be actioned.
Not appearing for the Examination does not cancel the registration or create any right to a refund or transfer — the attempt is simply forfeited.

2. No Transfer or Substitution

Registrations are personal to the registered candidate and cannot be transferred to another person, including a sibling or friend.
Registrations cannot be moved to a future examination cycle at the candidate's request. Any deferral, if ever offered, is at the sole discretion of the Organizer and only in circumstances announced by us.

3. Changes Initiated by the Organizer

If we reschedule the Examination window, your registration automatically carries over to the revised schedule at no extra cost — this does not create a right of cancellation or refund. If we cancel the Examination entirely without an alternate date, the Refund Policy (Section 2) applies.

4. Cautions Before You Pay

Verify your eligibility against the criteria published on this website before enrolling.
Check your details — name (as per your ID), email and mobile number — on the payment page; these identify you for the Examination and results.
Apply your coupon before paying; it cannot be applied afterwards.
Be sure of your decision — treat the payment step as final, because it is.

5. Correcting Mistakes in Details

While the registration itself cannot be cancelled, genuine typographical corrections to your name, email or mobile number can be requested within 48 hours of registration by writing to info@cuset.ge from your registered email (or with proof of identity). Corrections are made at our discretion and do not amount to transfer of the registration.
