This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use this website and register for CUSET. By using the website you consent to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Registration data: name, email address, mobile number, city, parent/guardian name and parent/guardian mobile number, chosen country/region, and your account password (stored only in securely hashed form — we cannot read it).
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We receive payment confirmation, amount, currency and a payment reference. We never receive or store your card number, CVV or banking passwords.
Examination data: your enrollment status, coupon usage, examination attempt and results.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and site operation.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your CUSET account and communicate with you about registration, payment, examination schedule, results and scholarships.
To process payments, prevent fraud, and match payments to registrations.
To conduct the Examination, including providing your details to the examination platform so your attempt can be administered and identified.
To share relevant details with Caucasus University for scholarship award and admission processing.
To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process your payment; (b) our online examination platform to administer your attempt; (c) Caucasus University for scholarship and admission purposes; (d) service providers such as email delivery and hosting, bound by confidentiality; and (e) authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (such as a session cookie to keep you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted access to registration data. We retain your information for as long as needed for the examination cycle, scholarship processing, and legal/accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law) by writing to info@cuset.ge from your registered email address. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Candidates below the age of majority must register with the knowledge and consent of a parent/guardian, whose details we collect for this reason.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified on this website.
